Mold

Many people are concerned about mold in their homes, businesses and schools. There are more than 100,000 species of mold and 100 of those have been proven to be toxic to humans. However, not all molds cause illness.

Certain molds produce allergens, irritants and toxic substances called mycotoxins, which have the potential to cause severe health problems. If mold is detected on your property, it must be completely eliminated. Drying, cleaning or killing molds aren't enough; it must be removed as even dead molds may cause illness. Mold may be especially dangerous for those with breathing disorders or allergies.

Mold Testing & Remediation

We can take air samples in your home or business and send them to an independent third party laboratory to be identified. You receive the results within days.

If remediation is then warranted, our certified mold remediation specialists and technicians will provide expert mold remediation. We bring years of expertise and state-of-the-art equipment to your property to remove the mold and combat future mold growth.

Call us at (800) 478-4150 for more information.

We are trained in the proper techniques of mold containment and removal. We control air movement to eliminate the spread of airborne spores then clean, completely remove the mold and seal the surface.

We use state-of-the-art technologies where applicable, such as thermal imaging (infrared) cameras and dry ice blasting to remove mold.

Our infrared cameras are a non-destructive method of building diagnostics to detect problem moisture areas even behind walls and ceilings, where mold could grow undetected.

Here infrared cameras identify water problems, and potential mold problems, behind a wall. A water leak inside the wall on the third floor of this apartment building could cause problems in multiple units.

Dry ice blasting effectively cleans many surfaces by converting rice-sized dry ice pellets from a solid into a gas upon impact, without generating any additional waste.

Dry ice blasting uses high-velocity dry ice to safely clean surfaces of mold, as well as soot, grease and oil. This method is used as an alternative to conventional waste generating methods such as chemical cleaning, pressure washing, sand blasting and soda blasting. The dry ice method is cleaner and environmentally safe. It is a dry, non-abrasive method safely used on wood, concrete, metal or even equipment components.
